THE TASTE OF THINGS explore the relationship between Eugenie, an esteemed cook, and Dodin, the gourmet she has been working for over the last 20 years. Growing fonder of one another, their bond turns into a romance and gives rise to delicious dishes that impress even the world's most illustrious chefs. When Dodin is faced with Eugenie's reluctance to commit to him, he decides to start cooking for her.

About Harbour Film Nights

Our Harbour Film Nights bring independent cinema right into the heart of local communities.

Screenings take place regularly in the harbourside communities of Aberdeen.

The only independent cinema in Aberdeen, Harbour Film Nights are an inexpensive night out on your doorstep . Everyone is welcome.

You can book a seat online using one of the preset 'Pay What You Feel' options: £5, £7.50 or £10. This guarantees admission to the film screening. Alternatively, you can turn up on the night and pay at the door. This could be £5, £7.50, £10 or any other amount you wish or can afford.

How does 'Pay What You Feel' work?

If you want to pre-book your seat, you can do so using one of the preset payment amounts. This guarantees admission to the film screening. Alternatively, you can turn up at the door and 'Pay What You Feel'. This could be £5, £7.50, £10 or any other amount you wish or can afford.

Is there parking nearby?

There is limited on-street parking near the venue. We recommend parking a little further away and allowing time to travel to the venue by foot wherever possible.

Can I recommend a film for screening?

Are you selling refreshments?

We won't be selling food and drink, so please bring along your own refreshments.

Can I take my children?

You are required to observe the film's certificate rating at all times. Under 16s are welcome to attend where the certificate allows, but must be accompanied.
