The TaxPayers' Alliance (TPA)  and the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA)  will bring together key economic experts to share their findings, the morning after the Budget, at 9.15 am for 9.30 am on Thursday 22nd March.

The panel:

Mark Littlewood, Director-General, IEA (Chair) 

Philip Booth, Editorial Director, IEA 

Ruth Lea Economic Adviser, Arbuthnot Banking Group; former Head of the Policy Unit, Institute of Directors

Matthew Sinclair, Director, TPA

Andrew Lilico, IEA Shadow Monetary Policy Committee and IEA fellow; Director and Principal of Europe Economics 

This event is for journalists and policy-makers and will feature a panel of experts providing their analysis of likely economic effects of the policies announced and revealing any Budget nasties hidden in the small print.  Speakers will discuss the probable consequences of the actions taken or not taken in this crucial Budget. We will aim to finish by 11.00 am.
