Natasha is a well-respected writer and social critic and she was awarded an MBE in 2015 in recognition of her “services to young people”. Natasha was the first Mental Health Champion for Schools and is a renowned author of books on teenage self-esteem and mental health.
Natasha is an engaging and passionate speaker and she works to empower young people and build their self-esteem and resilience. Her down to earth and practical advice will help parents to support and guide their children as they deal with the pressures and consequences that so many of them face.
