Taking inspiration from the internationally acclaimed New York original, Aquavit London will showcase the very best of Nordic gastronomy in a laid-back yet sophisticated setting.
The exquisite menu will be overseen by two Michelin-starred Executive Chef Emma Bengtsson and be executed by head chef Henrik Ritzen. With a unique combination of inspired signature dishes, cutting-edge presentation and stand-out Scandinavian interior design, Aquavit London will deliver an authentic, contemporary take on Nordic dining, with accessible cuisine that honours fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
Located in the stunning new St James’s Market redevelopment, guests will enjoy a specially crafted, wine-paired menu paired set menu and hear from the people behind this new destination restaurant.
