They say it takes a Village to raise a child. We recognise this is not always an option for mums & the Impact of social isolation can on your well-being.
Therefore we have created a well-being day designed by mums, for mums.
We have a fantastic line up from various professions and services leading the walks & workshops. You will have the opportunity to find out more about what they offer & speak to them in person.
Bring the kids, let them play and enjoy a relaxed space to connect with other mums, sip something warm, learn something new and take a breath.
There will be an opportunity to meet the staff at Preston Muslim forum & find out about the services that are available to support you in with your mental health & wellbeing .
