About this Event

This session is designed to assist you in understanding your options and obligations when going through a time of strategic and reactive organisational change. If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading. This event will provide you with information on how to approach change and provide extensive technical knowledge to assist you when doing so.

Craig Vincent

Craig leads the HR Consultancy team and is an integral part of the firm's Employment Team which has grown significantly in recent years. He leads on all aspects of Business Development for the team and this includes speaking at regional and national events.

Craig provides advice on complex HR issues as they arise including recruitment, absence management, disciplinary, capability, grievance, TUPE, restructure, performance management and induction. He has extensive experience of working with clients from all sectors and works with numerous charities.

Polly O'Malley

Polly is a very experienced employment lawyer and advises on a wide variety of strategic, contentious and regulatory matters. She has a wealth of experience in the whole ambit of staff issues including national terms and conditions, industrial action, trade union liaison, TUPE, restructure, pay and safeguarding, and has a particular interest in equality issues.

Combining a commercial and risk sensitive approach with sector specific knowledge and real ‘hands on’ management of client relationships allows Polly to provide strong focussed support, assisting clients with both strategic aims and crisis management.Polly is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and is a regular speaker at national and regional conferences. She also provides bespoke, in-house training for both her education sector and commercial clients as well as having regular speaking commitments with various professional institutions.

Tea, coffee and mixed buffet will be available from 6pm arrival.

There is pay and display parking at street level and a large underground car park where there are pay machines on exit.
