What if the most impactful leaders were those who understood the power of vulnerability? Trauma, in its many forms, can leave a lasting impact on individuals and teams. This session explores how trauma-informed coaching can help leaders and organizations cultivate greater empathy, resilience, and psychological safety.

Our expert panel will discuss:

  • Recognising the signs of trauma: How to identify subtle cues that may indicate a team member is struggling.
  • Creating a safe and supportive environment: Building a culture where individuals feel comfortable sharing their experiences and seeking support.
  • Developing strategies for healing and growth: Practical tools and techniques to help individuals and teams move forward after trauma.
  • Turning vulnerability into strength: How embracing vulnerability can foster deeper connections, build trust, and create a more inclusive and resilient workplace.

Join us to discover how trauma-informed coaching can unlock the power of vulnerability and create a workplace where everyone feels safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
