I’m delighted to be in a position to invite close friends, family and selected guests to a private event celebrating the completion of my book, The Truth Of It All.
Tell Well Publishing Canada, will provide and distribute hard back, paper back and e books to 45,000 book stores including Barnes and Noble plus all Online major outlets internationally.
My book is a detailed, no holds barred and honest account of my personal experiences in addiction. Articulating, a roller coaster life journey that led me to the cusp of international fame in the music industry, while infamously sinking into the depths of the gutter.
There were many attempts on my life and as a survivor by Grace alone, it was ordained that I share this story. Revealing the way out by illustrating that no human power can restore or heal a person like Our Creator can.
The event will include a musical show like no other featuring special guests, Ben Crick and Symphony Musicians (London Philharmonic) Matt McCracken (of Guitar World Magazine) to name a few.
Sharing the concepts within this book via musical performances, videos and scene reenactments.
There will also be a 3 course meal at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel, Hull.
A format of 30 tables x10 per table of vip guests (via closed invitation @ £48 each person). To include primarily, my close friends, family and people who have helped me along the way. Including people who are currently lost in addiction, mental health etc.
Note - revenue from ticket sales will be used to:
- Fund the event costs
- Pay for song recordings
- Audio book narration fees (to be undertaken by me personally for authenticity)
Fundraising Aims
In addition to ensuring that guests are thoroughly entertained we will aim to raise funds on the night to raise awareness, support and establish a charity for:
- Parents who are unnecessarily estranged / alienated from their children. This has a devastating effect on all involved.
- The drug addicted by addressing the underlying trauma, mental health & emotional issues that cause people to self medicate with illicit substances.
