By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• Participants must be 21 years or older to attend.
• You confirm you are legally single and Islamically eligible to marry under UK law.

2. Event Purpose

• This event is a networking and introductory platform only. It is not a religious or legally binding Nikah ceremony.
• The organisers are not acting as formal matchmakers or marriage officiants.

3. Organisers’ Safety Agreement (OSA)

• All attendees must behave respectfully at all times.
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate behaviour, or verbal abuse will result in immediate removal without refund.
• The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who breaches our code of conduct.
• Attendees must respect all event rules, Islamic etiquette, and the comfort of fellow participants.

4. Liability Disclaimer

• The organisers accept no responsibility for the personal conduct of attendees or outcomes resulting from connections made at the event.
• Attendees are encouraged to involve family and seek Islamic guidance before making commitments.
• You are responsible for conducting your own background checks.

5. Data Protection & GDPR

• Your personal information is collected solely for event administration and matching purposes.
• Data will be processed in line with UK GDPR and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
• By attending, you consent to your basic profile data being used in our event app for match notifications and follow-up.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
• If you cannot attend, you may request a ticket transfer up to 48 hours before the event.
