What do I need?

All you need is a quiet space where you can be as comfortable as possible, and not be interrupted. If a quiet space is hard to find, headphones! Sometimes people get cooler during the practice of Yoga Nidra, so layers, a blanket or duvet close by can be really helpful.

I've never done this before, is that ok?

Absolutely! Come along and let yourself have this experience. Traditionally Yoga Nidra is practiced lying down, but any position your body can be comfortable in will work.

Do I need to be on camera?

There's no need to be on camera or to be able to see me during this event. You only need to be able to hear me. If you would rather have your camera on, then you can.
