After a sell-out 2015, Basement Galley will warm the cockles of your heart with a four course season-themed dinner inclusive of a paired flight op very exclusive whiskies (yes, that's four exceptional drams). And it's none other than our long-standing friends from Whisky Business (www.whiskybusiness.scot). Like last time, there will be a secret cask-strength, limited edition whisky courtesy of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society on sale (included with VIP Booth)!
Each course will be paired with a specially chosen whisky to complement it. Felipe from Whisky Business will be taking you through the whiskies, so you know more about what you're drinking in your glass and can "bullsh*t authoritatively about whisky at the end of the evening" - his words, not ours! Felipe works with all the famous and acclaimed Scottish whisky destillers organising tasting and music events around the Highlands.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
There is a section for that when you buy your ticket. Please let us know what your dietary needs are here otherwise we won't be able to cater for them on the night.
Is there a dress code?
We want you to feel comfortable. Some people like to dress up a bit but others choose the t-shirt and jeans options. We just want you to enjoy your evening!
Is this a BYOB event?
Our bar will be offering a carefully selected menu of wines, beers, and soft drinks on the night. Obviously all the whiskies will be on sale, too.
Does the tube carriage move?
Even though the photos might suggest otherwise, our decommissioned 1967 Victoria Line carriage is completely stationary at the Pump House Museum in Walthamstow.
Will I be sitting next to people I know?
Despite silver service and high-end food, we're a supper club, NOT a restaurant. We will try to accomodate people who book together close to each other, but please be prepared for sitting next to the odd stranger as well due to the layout of the carriage: we have found time and time again that guests who get to know fellow diners in this way get the most out of the evening!
