Vedanta Institute London invites you to attend this weekly class which expounds on the knowledge of the Upanishads.
Conducted by Bhaskarji, senior disciple of Swami Parthasarathy
The Upanishads form the final portion of the Vedas which are considered the primeval source of the scriptures. Sage Badarayana Vyása classified them as Rik, Sáma, Yajuh and Atharvana Vedas. The Upanishads expound a system of philosophy which helps humanity attain spiritual enlightenment.
The classes are based on the exhaustive commentary by the renowned Vedanta philosopher, Swami A. Parthasarathy on four Upanishads namely Kena, Isávásya, Kaivalya and Mundaka, covered in the text Choice Upanishad. Bhaskarji will be providing a verse by verse explanation of this invaluable text.
