About this Event
Following the sell-out success of The Upside Down (pt 1) Laura will be leading this inversions workshop for intermediate students who are already comfortable with kicking to a handstand at the wall.
You will learn key drills and skills for inversion strength and flexibility and will work on:
- strategies to improve confidence away from the wall
- finding the line upside down
- PRESSING into your inversions
- hollowbacks and scorpions
- one arm balances
You do not need to be an expert at inversions! This workshop is for you if you have started to incorporate them into your yoga practice, whether in the middle of the room or by the wall, and want to develop strength and confidence with them.
Laura has had her own personal challenges with inversions and along the way has tried out a lot of tricks and tips, so there will be lots to play around with and try out! Laura practices Rocket, Dharma and Iyengar Yoga. Needless to say she welcomes students from a variety of yoga backgrounds :)
