About this event

Other

Throughout our lives we make and form new connections: with other people, with our pets, with nature. Connections have been valued by psychologists as supporting positive mental health and wellbeing. Establishing connections is not always easy for everyone. In this lecture, Professor Dawn Watling focuses on her research with children, adolescents, and adults to understand how behaviours and what is noticed may impact the connections we make with others and with nature, and how these connections may be associated with mental health and wellbeing.
