Event description

Description

Join us as we share and discuss our independent research, The Value of Small.

Lloyds Bank Foundation commissioned a team of independent researchers to look at the distinctive contribution, value and experiences of small and medium-sized charities. During the event, we will be discussing how their report - The Value of Small – can inform the policy and practice of the third sector and small and local charities.

We explore and discuss what our findings mean for the sector, and for small and local charities. The event will include:
  • The key findings from the Value of Small, presented by the independent research team
  • Lloyds Bank Foundation’s CEO, Paul Streets, outlining our response through our new five year strategy – Reaching Further
  • A panel discussion and Q&A session featuring small charities tackling complex social issues, sector representatives and the Value of Small research team
  • So What? A workshop exploring the practical applications of the research for charities, including how to capture your impact and present the evidence of your work to make the case for why your charity matters.
  • The opportunity to network, ask questions and join the debate throughout the event
We will be kicking off the day at 11am (arrivals from 10:30am) and will finish at 3pm. At the end of the day there will also be refreshments available and the chance for networking.
We look forward to seeing you in Leeds
