Once upon a time, community meant everything. Neighbours gathered, stories were shared, and no one had to figure life out on their own.

These days, loneliness and disconnection are more common than ever. That’s why I’ve joined with Shelly from The Railway Tavern, to create The Village Table — a weekly gathering for women, in our local pub where we can grow community, engage in great conversation build connection - all whilst sipping coffee and eating cake

As a life coach, I'll happily share my tools and skills as we talk about the real stuff, share perspectives, and support each other through the ups and downs of life. My intention is for this to be a space space to connect, reflect, and grow — with likeminded people.

Because life is easier (and richer) when we don’t do it alone. AND we get to support a local business at the same time.
