The live event, which takes place on Saturday 26th November‬, is your opportunity to learn about our work over the previous year and ask our Board members questions about our charity.

This year, we welcome Dr Amit Mathew who is Medical Director of Inflammation & Autoimmunity at Incyte Biosciences. Incyte has made the news recently following the recent FDA approval of Opzelura to treat vitiligo.

At the request of Society members, Dr Mathew is welcomed to our AGM to discuss Incyte Biosciences' work in dermatology, immunology & vitiligo.

Agenda:

1. Welcome by the Chairperson.

2. Review and approval of minutes from the last Annual General Meeting held on 20 November 2021 (enclosed).

3. Vote on the following resolutions:

Resolution 1: That NATALIE AMBERSLEY be re-appointed as a director of the Society under Article 34 of the Articles of Association of the Society.

Resolution 2: That DENISE ODUNTAN be re-appointed as a director of the Society under Article 34 of the Articles of Association of the Society.

Resolution 3: That ROBERT SYMONDS be appointed as a director of the Society under Article 34(1) of the Articles of Association of the Society.

4. Update on financial performance for the fiscal year ended 31 March 2022.

There is an option to leave the meeting at this point as formal AGM Society matters will be concluded.

5. The Society invites Dr Amit Mathew to give a presentation on Incyte Biosciences' work in the field of dermatology, immunology and vitiligo.

6. Closing comments from the Chairperson.
