Description

The life of presence is not just mindfulness and meditation. It is constant practice of forgiveness, gratitude and compassion.

As part of our winter series, The Life of Presence, we will share some ideas and experiences on how a path of self-awareness can help to be present to ourselves and in our lives. The art of presence begins with stopping and seeing who we are and where we are. Meditiation and mindfulness are the first steps on this path.

Since these ideas must be lived, we also offer a workshop, The power of presence, on 22 February, where we go deeper into meditation as tool for self-awareness and presence.
