In this Cacao & Dance Ceremony, we will explore the theme of Celebrating Differences — within ourselves, and with each other.
Ceremonial Cacao will open our hearts, soften our judgments, and awaken a deeper sense of compassion and unity.
Intuitive Movement & Dance will allow our bodies to express what words cannot — celebrating our individuality through rhythm, flow, and presence.
We will create a safe, nourishing space where vulnerability is strength, difference is beauty, and connection is healing.
Together, we will:
✔ Reflect on what makes us uniquely us
✔ Witness and honour the differences we see in others
✔ Dance through any resistance, releasing comparison and judgment
✔ Return to the heart — where all differences dissolve into Love
You don’t need to be a dancer. You just need to bring your heart.
🌿 How to Prepare:
✔ Avoid eating heavy meals a few hours before cacao (a light snack is fine) to allow for easier absorption.
✔ Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
✔ Bring a water bottle and an open presence.
✔ A journal (optional) to reflect on your experience.
