The Wednesday Wind-down

From Wednesday 15th i'll be hosting a weekly yoga class in Farringdon at 7pm for an after-work wind-down. No experience necessary, beginners completely welcome! We'll go through a 60 minute Ashtanga inspired vinyasa flow class to stretch out a lil' and finish with a nice bit of meditation and long savasana.
Starting at 7pm, so try and arrive 5-10 mins early if you can! It's BYOM (Bring your own mat), I have a couple spare just message me if you need (but once they're gone they're gone!).
There's only 15 spots in the room so make sure to book. Anyone and everyone is welcome so please feel free to invite your friends / work buds or anyone interested... bring ya mat and can't wait to see you all! Any questions let me know!
