About this event

We invite you to join us for a reflective workshop exploring the cultural, emotional, and political pressures of motherhood. Too often, women are burdened with impossible expectations: to give endlessly, to endure without complaint and to serve others at the expense of our own humanity. This workshop opens a space to challenge these myths and explore new ways of practicing care, embracing rest, and reclaiming autonomy.

Why Attend?

· To reflect on cultural myths of perfect motherhood.

· To interrogate how systems of exploitation shape our intimate lives.

· To reimagine care, rest, and community beyond capitalist frameworks.

· To connect with others seeking liberatory practices of nurturing and selfhood.

Together, we will envision a future where our value is not defined by our output, but by our humanity.
