The Wellbeing Journey - an 8 week Lent course exploring holistic wellbeing

About this Event
This Wellbeing Journey begins on Monday 15 February 2021 at 7.30pm and runs for 8 weeks. The course dates are 15 Feb, 22 Feb, 1 March, 8 March, 15 March, 22 March, 29 March and 12 April. (No meeting Easter week)
Based around the seven key areas of wellbeing; the wellbeing mindset, physical wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, spiritual wellbeing, relational wellbeing, financial wellbeing and vocational wellbeing – the course is designed to help you discover how to run on a full tank.
Each Monday there will be a 20 minute video presented by Simon Thomas (Prime Video Sport/ Sky Sports/ Blue Peter) and Joanna Adeyinka-Burford (BBC, Channel 5, Nickelodeon), with contributions from leading experts in different fields. This will be followed by small group discussions in Zoom breakout rooms.
