Event description
Be part of the leading cross-sector conversations on D&I at WIG’s next D&I conference.

About this event

Returning for its 8th year on Thursday 3 March 2022, our D&I conference brings together D&I practitioners, HR professionals and senior leaders from across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to discuss and share best practices on some of the biggest challenges impacting organisations and individuals today.

This year’s event will focus on ability, equity, and wellbeing. And discussions will include:

  • The role of senior leaders in championing diversity
  • A focus on racial equity, including ethnicity pay gap reporting
  • The importance of staff networks
  • Nurturing neurodiverse talent
  • Disability at work
  • The importance of data in developing and monitoring your D&I strategy
  • Changing the approach to mental health in the workplace

View the agenda

This one day, in-person, conference is your chance to gain practical and insightful information from expert D&I practitioners through a series of key-note presentations, panel discussions and interactive workshops. Throughout the day you’ll also have the opportunity to expand your network and discuss what you’ve heard with peers.

Our cross-sector approach will help you gain fresh perspectives from outside of your sector, inspire tangible solutions and provide you with practical tools to take back to your own organisation.

Join us next March and discover how to embed resilient and robust ED&I strategies which support the growth of your organisation and its people.
