Who am I? Module Two

In a further series of 4 evenings with a closed group on Thursdays we will continue to explore this extraordinary question.

Using breathwork, individual and group enquiry we will to drop more veils of who you are.

Do you have a soul? What is a soul? Why are relationships and intimacy so confusing? Why do you feel separate? What are your shadows? Who am I?

There will always be 30 minutes of breathwork to calm, energise or integrate.

A balanced harmonious life becomes possible when we enquire deep within. These deep inner enquiries will reveal blockages and show you how to move beyond personal fears. If you experience a lack of self-worth then you can discover and correct the mechanisms that caused it.

We will create more clearings in the jungle inside our heads and hearts and life will become lighter, paths will open and there will be a sigh of recognition.
