• Jingle Bell Rock: Resident Wickidz DJ Rob Da Dad will be dropping holiday bangers, guaranteed to make even the grumpiest Elf start throwing shapes.
• Interactive Carol-oke: Get your pipes ready! Join our live singer for a group "Carol-oke" session—all the classics, but much, much louder.
• Deck the Walls: Hit the crafting station to create your own bespoke, Christmas tree-worthy chaos.
• The Festive 'Fits: We want glitter, we want tinsel, we want commitment! Dress Festive or be Square!

Terms and Conditions:

Child Supervision and Safety

• Adult Responsibility: Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at all times throughout the venue, including the dance floor, and must supervise them actively. Wickidz London accepts no liability for injury or loss sustained by children due to inadequate supervision.
• Target Audience: Our events are designed for families with children aged 12 and under and their grown-ups. All ages are welcome, but the atmosphere and activities are focused on this age group.
• Adult-Only Groups: To maintain a family-focused atmosphere, adult-only groups will not be admitted.

Admission and Tickets

• Ticket Requirement: Every member of your group must have a ticket. This includes all adults and children.
• Family Ratio: A maximum of three children per adult is permitted for individual families.
• Excess Adult Ratio: If your group has more than four adults per child, you must email us for pre-approval before purchasing tickets.

Event Atmosphere and Environment

• The Vibe: Wickidz London creates a family-friendly, old-skool rave atmosphere. The dance floor is for adults and children to enjoy dancing together.
• No Requests/Shout-Outs: Our DJs will not be taking requests or making shout-outs.
• Lighting: The venue will have low lighting (no strobes).
• Loud Music/Noise: This is a live music event and will have a high volume, similar to a concert or club. If your children are sensitive to loud noise, we highly recommend bringing ear defenders/plugs for their comfort and hearing protection.

Venue Policies

• Bar: A licensed bar will be open, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. For safety, no glass is permitted outside of the bar area.
• Photography/Filming: The event will be photographed and filmed by Wickidz London staff and/or approved third-party media for use in promotional, marketing, and archival materials. Your attendance serves as your consent for Wickidz London to use your image and/or the image of any minors in your care for these purposes. You release Wickidz London from any liability regarding the use of these images.
• Opting Out of Photography/Filming: If you or your child would prefer not to be included in any photography or video, please notify a member of the Wickidz London staff upon arrival at the entrance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though we cannot guarantee full exclusion in all background shots.
