Where is the event taking place?

The Wig Lounge will be held at our brand-new luxury home salon in Gravesend, Kent. The exact address will be sent with your confirmation email.

Do I need a ticket to attend?

Yes. This is a private, RSVP-only event with limited slots to keep the experience intimate. Please register via Eventbrite to secure your place.

Can I bring a friend?

Each ticket admits one guest only. If you’d like to attend with a friend, they will need to register separately so we can manage capacity and ensure a comfortable experience for everyone.

Question 4

Will wigs be available for purchase at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Wigs from the new collection are custom only, you’ll try them on, get measured, and be contacted in 4–6 weeks for fitting or delivery. A few ready-to-wear wigs (not from the new collection) will also be available to buy and take home.

Can I bring my own wig for advice or styling tips?

Absolutely. If you'd like feedback on a current wig or advice with styling it, feel free to bring it along.

Will there be food and drinks

Yes! Light refreshments, drinks, and snacks will be provided throughout the day.

What should I wear?

Come as you are but we recommend something comfortable and camera-ready if you’d like to take pictures in your new look.

Is there parking available?

Limited residential parking is available nearby. We recommend using public transport or ride-sharing where possible. Full details will be shared in the confirmation email.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Due to limited capacity, all bookings are final. If you can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
