You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in nature, exploring the landscape and beautiful woodland. You will be gatherine seasonal inspirationto use during the workshop sessions. Together we’ll turn them into mood boosting colourful risograph prints to take home, along with your own handmade natural bath fizz. During the day you’ll also share nourishing food, enjoy calming breath work, gentle stretching, and spend time journaling to reflect on how you want to feel and what you’d like to focus on in the months ahead. Your reflection workshop will take place in a majestic traditional tipi.
