Welcome to our weekly Friday Forum on Zoom. This week The Wisdom Witches will be exploring the following topic:

Embrace your Inner Critic: from fear to freedom.

In this week’s Forum we will discover the hidden meaning of our inner critic - how it came into being, why it persists and more importantly, it's message for us.

Early childhood experiences shape our personal identity and narrative in both positive and negative ways. Due to emotional survival and a hard-wired negativity bias, we often continue to reinforce and operate from those early beliefs and strategies, trapping us in unhelpful and painful patterns.

It is not enough to simply change our thoughts and words; we must re-shape our brains and re-wire our experience of ourselves. Awareness, deep listening and compassion are powerful tools to freedom. Join us this Friday for a talk and light meditation to allow the healing to begin.

We welcome your questions in advance, however, there is an opportunity to share them during each forum. (See below on how to do this).

Who are The Wisdom Witches?

We are 3 individuals, who collectively have over 100 years’ experience in guiding and motivating others to become their best selves through improved connection to their own and others' wisdom, self-understanding and well-being.

Our Approach

We offer an environment of mutual support and trust in which we can explore life’s milestones and potholes together, and discover how to seed and nurture happiness. Each week we present a different topic for discussion. All are welcome and questions can be posed either in advance or during each forum.

1. Send it on an email before the event to and we can discuss it openly or anonymously in the forum.

2. Post the question in the ‘Chat’ box during the Forum
