We begin with a hearty, delicious brunch — a moment to relax, settle in and start meaningful conversations around the table. From there, we move into two dynamic sessions led by experts who are widely trusted by founders, CEOs, politicians and high-growth brands.

How to Reinvent Yourself — with Rosie Nixon

Bestselling author and former Editor-in-Chief of HELLO! magazine, Rosie Nixon will guide you through her Reinvent Like a PRO method — Pause, Reflect, Organise — and share her own story of personal and professional reinvention.

Together, you’ll explore what success looks like for you now and how to realign your ambitions with what you truly need at this stage in your journey.

Speak Up, Stand Out — with Priscilla Pollara

In this interactive mini-workshop, top communications strategist and founder of Top Trick, Priscilla Pollara, will help you uncover the words that define your story — and the confidence to share it.

You’ll gain practical tools to craft a signature introduction or elevator pitch, and through a playful Lego Serious Play session, you’ll unlock a fresh, creative approach to expressing your value in pitches, meetings, networking or everyday moments.

Whether you find yourself stumbling over “So, what do you do?” or want to make stronger impressions in the rooms that matter, this session will help you speak with intention and authenticity.

The Afternoon: Spa Access & Time to Reflect

From 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, enjoy full access to Pennyhill Park’s award-winning spa, including:

Relaxation lounges and treatment rooms
