The Wonderful Wizard of Oz

This year’s pantomime, "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz", is a rock 'n' roll twist on the classic tale! Dorothy dreams of being a rockstar—but just before the big Winter Talent Contest, she’s swept away to the Land of Oz. To get home, she must find The Wiz, a legendary music producer who can grant her wish. Along the way, she meets the Scarecrow, Tin Woodsman, and Cowardly Lion—each with musical talent but missing something essential. Together, they face the Wicked Witch of the West, who’s determined to ban music across Oz! With the help of Glinda the Good Witch, Dorothy and her band of friends defeat the witch and reach The Wiz—only to find he’s actually an AI algorithm, not a real music-maker. Just when all hope seems lost, Dorothy discovers the power to return home was within her all along—her music! With the audience’s help, she makes it back in time for the talent contest. But instead of going solo, she forms a band—because making music with others is what really rocks!
