Event Details

The forum aims to bring together Leaders and HR professionals with a responsibility of raising the level of mental health, wellbeing & engagement levels in their workplace.

A forum where people can share ideas about how to:

  • improve employee mental health & wellbeing;

  • improve engagement levels;

  • measure the impact of initiatives,

  • support each other in th pursuit of creating working environments where people can thrive;

  • sustain progress.

As this is the first forum meeting of its kind, we will review and agree the format going forward.  Nine to 


Attendees must have a responsibility in their workforce to help raise the level of health & wellbeing and or engagement of its staff. This is likely to be: Leaders, HR or L&D Professionals, Office Managers, Wellbeing or Mental Health Champions.

Nine to Thrive

A company for social good helping business implement a culture of wellbeing by providing training, employee assistance and consultancy. 

Nicola Rich is the co-founder, she is a corporate trainer with 20 years experience in HR in the private sector. An approved MHFA England Instructor, She delivers various training courses and workshops into the corporate sector on Mental Heath in the workplace, Wellbeing and Emotional Intelligence.

She is also a qualified Psychotherapist, a Certified Social + Emotional Intelligence Coach through the Institute for Social + Emotional Intelligence® and a Mental Health First Aid instructor.

In 2016 Nicola through her work with the Architectural Firm Stride Treglown, obtained an award in employee Health & Wellbeing where they secured top accreditations across the board; the highest award given to a company in the UK.

She is also a trainer and volunteer consultant for the mental health charity Bristol Mind and delivers training on their behalf.

She is a frequent keynote speaker on the subject of workplace wellbeing & engagement.
