Join the national celebration of Shakespeare at Tatton Old Hall and experience a fun-filled morning learning about Shakespeare’s world. Develop your drama skills with a professional actress, perform in a short play, hear period instruments, be mesmerised by an exciting storytelling session and learn a traditional dance. This workshop is recommended for children aged 7 and above and gives an exciting, engaging introduction to Shakespeare. Price is per child and includes all activities, as well as a quill pen and stickers to take homeAdult accompaniment during the session is not required, but provision of an emergency contact number is essential. Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is recommended for children aged 7 years old and above. Adults are not required to accompany their child during the session, but must provide a suitable emergency contact number.
How do I find the event?
Please arrive at Rostherne or Knutsford Gate and present your ticket confirmation to guarantee free access to the parkland. Follow signs to the Old Hall car park and walk down to the building. What do I need for the event?
Children must be dressed for the outdoors, including waterproof and sterdy footwear. The Old Hall is an unheated building, so sufficient layers for warmth is essential.

What's the refund policy?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on tickets purchased, but are able to transfer your booking to another event. We require written notification of your cancellation to email@example.com and we will contact you in due course to discuss an event transfer.
