Join us at the Bounceback Food Community Kitchen for our 2024 Toastie Party!

Join us on May 4th as we roll out the yellow carpet for the second time and attempt to set the record for the World's Largest Toastie Party!

We're excited to welcome you all again to our Community Kitchen where you'll be able to claim your free toastie and speak to members of our Community Cookery School team and find out more about the outreach work that we do across the North-West.

So tell your friends and family to save the date! After all everyone loves a toastie, right? They're even better when they're free!

Our toasties go perfectly with a brew, coffee and/or the freshly made soup that we serve throughout the day from our Community Kitchen!

All you need to do is register for tickets then come along on the day before midday (10am-12pm). The toasties will of course be available to order all day during the rest of the Toastie Party and everyday we are open, Tuesday-Saturday 9am-3pm.

Our Community Kitchen at Altrincham Market (opposite the Everyman Cinema, on Central Way) also provides a range of exciting lunches on a ‘buy one, give one’ basis – providing our partner food banks and sheltered accommodation sites across Manchester & Cheshire with a regular supply of nutritious meals.

You can find us at Altrincham Market, on Central Way, opposite Everyman Cinema. There are plenty of parking options nearby, or we are a short walk from the Altrincham tram stop.

Bounceback Food CIC is a social enterprise fighting food poverty on multiple fronts. Our Community Cookery School teams teach people how to cook, run food bank drives at market events, help people get jobs in the food sector and coordinate community meal drives that provide emergency meals for our beneficiaries.

Since 2014 we have taught 5,000+ people how to cook, including stroke survivors, young carers, food bank beneficiaries and elderly people living in sheltered accommodation. We have also secured 15,000+ donations to food banks and generated over 150,000 meals for people in need via our catering, community meal drives and cookery workshops.

We run a variety of public cookery workshops, cookalongs and fundraising events throughout the year - hopefully see you soon!
