Overview

One of the last CPD opportunities of the year, let's review the hamstring research published in 2025.

Did you read all the hamstring research that was published in 2025? You didn’t? Well, have I got the webinar for you! Join me in December for an end of year round-up where we’ll review this year’s research highlights, bring you up to date, and discuss the practical implications. This will be your 'Cliff Notes' version for hamstring injury epidemiology, assessment, rehabilitation, muscle-tendon adaptation and general profiling. The main focus will be on hamstring strain injuies but also cover the latest research on healthy hamstrings.

The webinar recording will be available for a month after the live (i.e., until 3rd January) to those who sign up. So, if you’re unable to join on the day, you can review the recording at your leisure. Alternatively, if you do attend, you can use this as an opportunity to consolidate the information after the event.

Plus, as my pre-Christmas gift to you (we all want to save a bit of money in the run up to the festive season), all tickets will be discounted to £15 (GBP)!
