Focus on the time-tested principles of yoga - exercise, breathing, relaxation, concentration, positive thinking and meditation

About this event

These one hour sessions will be conducted by Chandra (www.serveloveyoga.com). Chandra has been teaching for more than 40 years and his emphasis is to teach yoga as a traditional, practical, and perennial philosophy. He loves all the aspects of yoga - asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), mantras, and meditation and will do his best to share those with you.

In these one hour sessions, you will:

✔ Practice gentle yoga postures

✔ Learn about breathing techniques to reduce stress

✔ Learn basic steps and stages of relaxation, concentration and meditation

A zoom link will be sent to you on the day of the session. If you have not received this 2 hours before the session please get in touch. Be sure to check your spam!
