This monthly session is a welcoming, down-to-earth evening out focused specifically for men. Whether you think you’re not flexible enough, worry yoga isn’t a “real workout,” or feel out of place in a typical female dominated class – this session breaks down the barriers. And no experience is needed…

Led by Shala founder and director – Gingi Lee – as part of our Friday Alternative Night Out series, this evening offers a practical, movement-focused experience designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and reduce stress in a supportive, no-pressure environment.

Our Alternative Friday Night Out series invites you to unwind, reconnect and recharge in a welcoming space. Each week offers a unique experience – from grounding breathwork sessions to soulful women’s circles, yoga designed specifically for men, and deep healing evenings like The Reset & Renew Session, which blends meditation, breathwork, yoga nidra, and Reiki.
