YLP Level 1: Everyone/Beginners
This is ideal for Absolute Beginners or for those who are just starting out on their yoga journey. The programme is a rolling 8 week course. The 8 linked classes will introduce the core postures, breathing, relaxation and mindful techniques that underpin good yoga practice. There will be guidance on practice techniques and sequencing as well a little background yoga science and philosophy. Led by YLP founder Mick Timpson the classes are fun, engaging and informative. Mats are provided.
YLP Class Level Two Plus. Thurdsday 7.00pm - 8.30pm. 27 October 2016
YLP Level 2: Some Experience Required
This is a mixed ability 8 week rolling programme of classes with an emphasis on those who ideally have done some yoga before. In this class you will learn how to go deeper into your relaxation, advance your breathing, learn a little more yoga science and explore more advanced postures and their variations. Led by Mick the classes are fun, engaging and informative. Mats are provided.
