Take away effective yogic tools and 3 great sequences targeting key muscles and joints. The aim of this workshop is to help you build a home yoga practice. We will explore basic elements of home practice such as:
- Asana - Postures and proper alignment
- Pranayama - Breath work
- Dhyana - Meditation
- Yoga Nidra - Deep Relaxation
Heaps of inspiration and ideas to improve your home practice. This workshop is suitable for practitioners who wish to start and maintain a home yoga practice. There are limited spaces available, please book in advance.
The Yogi's Toolkit consists of Part 1 and Part 2. Part 1 is on 22 October and Part 2 is on 19 November. We recommend participants to do the 2 workshops but that is optional; each workshop stands on its own. You can book each separately, or you can book both of them.
