We have condensed the content of the People’s Academy into a one day course aimed specifically at young people aged between 14 and 25.
The Young People’s Academy is a one day session, and includes a session on the NHS, a behind the scenes tour (to one of six departments, clinical and non-clinical), food tasting (lunch is also provided), a session on routes in NHS careers with our Apprenticeship and Work experience leads, Transforming Care and a skills session.
