Whether you're a beginner or an experienced writer, this workshop is perfect for you if you are looking to explore mindfulness and poetry within a safe and welcoming creative space.
We are delighted to welcome Nana Yaa Adu, a gifted spoken word poet, writer and facilitator whose writing and workshops urge established and budding writers alike to make room for the tenderness which underpins moments of joy, pain and everything in between.
The Royal Foundation of St Katharine is a Retreat and Conference Centre in the heart of East London, founded in 1147.
