Welcome to The Zen Generation: Stretch, Breathe, Create!

Ideal for ages 8yrs-11yrs for a fun and creative experience on 11th October, 11am-12pm in the beautiful private enchanted garden of Friends Meeting House for Yoga with Sarah and Mindful Crafts with Janet from Relax Generation.

Every child receives a relaxation award certificate!!

Indoor option available depending on weather. Parents welcome to stay or drop off.

Janet and Sarah are both DBS checked, safe guarding trained and fully insured.
