Therapets - Session 4
De-stress and relax with these adorable therapy dogs. The physiological and psychological benefits of human-animal bonding have long been recognised. Recent research has also demonstrated that the simple act of stroking a dog has exceptional benefits, including slowing heart rate, reducing blood pressure, calming nerves, regulating breathing and elevating mood. This is the perfect opportunity to de-stress during assignment and exam time.
Register for Session 4 (2.30 - 2.45pm) by clicking 'register'.
Attendees should go to teaching room 04 before their slot begins and you will be taken to the dogs from there.
