Welcome to the Therapeutic Coaching & Neurodiversity September Round Table.
Join us on September 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM (Europe/London Timezone) to share in a discussion on therapeutic coaching approaches with a neurodiverse client base. Meetings are held quarterly on Zoom on the first Friday of the month as follows:

Breaking the Mould - Personality Profiling Through a Neurodivergent Lens
Do personality profiling tools like DISC, MBTI, Hogan and more work well for neurodivergent individuals?
Charlotte Green, Career Coach, ADHD Coach and Coaching Supervisor would like to bring this important question to our group of people professionals following as a result of some practitioners and coaching professionals in her experience believing these assessments fall short for clients with ADHD and other neurodivergent conditions.
Charlotte is keen to explore thoughts, practical strategies, and adaptations to exploring and using the output and insights of such assessments in a way that is client centric, effective and resourcing.

No it is for anyone who works with neurodivergent clients in a therapeutic or coaching context.
Each meeting is a stand alone event, we meet quarterly with different themes and speakers.

We will enjoy a presentation by a guest speaker followed by breakout group and whole group discussion and feedback. There will be room for networking, conversations, and for discussion of other topics within the meeting.
