In our monthly therapeutic writing group, you’ll explore guided prompts, creative exercises, and open discussions in a supportive, judgment-free environment. Whether you’re experienced in writing or picking up a pen for the first time, this group offers a safe space to process emotions, gain clarity, build confidence, and connect with others on a similar journey.
No experience necessary. No pressure to share your work. Please bring a pen and paper / notebook to the session.
- £10 per session, booking required.
- Workshops take place on the second Saturday of every month, 1.30-3.30pm.
