Event description
We're back hosting real-life events so let's show some love for Mother Nature

About this event

We all call it Earth, Blue Planet, Terra, Mother Earth. We live here and call it our home. We don't really know that much about it in the grand scheme of things but what we do know has made us realise what an incredible & magical place our home is.

We're so unbelievebly excited to be hosting our first real-life event in a post-lockdown London. This time we're exploring a variety of topics such as sustainable urban development and mobility, climate change, conservation, land-ocean appreciation and many others via a short film screening & an unique panel talk with special guests.

You can expect the usual & a whole lot more.

Line up:

Climate Change Need Not Become The Legacy We Leave (dir. Dean Annon) / 2019, Spoken Word / 3 mins - Spoken word poet Magero reflects on our personal responsibility to the planet.

The World Is (Y)ours (dir. Tanya-Noushka Ramsurrun) / 2019, Documentary / 4 mins - Looks at climate change from the perspective of black and brown people in Britain and how actions in Western countries can negatively affect our ancestral homes across the world.

The City of the Future is Already Here (dir. Sam Price-Waldman) / 2017, Documentary / 6 mins - In this short documentary, The Atlantic goes inside this distinctive urban space to understand how Arcosanti plans to reconstruct how humans envision cities.

Ramón - Notes From a Beekeeper (dir. Hillary Kennedy) / 2021, Documentary / 4 mins - The film focuses on Ramón as he reflects on the future of our planet as a direct result of the gradual extinction of bees.

Dive Tierra Bomba Dive (dir. Directed by Joya Berrow & Lucy Jane) / 2020, Documentary / 11 mins - A young woman emerges as a leader on her Colombian island to save the reef that’s vital to its survival.
