Things that Glow bright at night: Biofluorescence night walk

Discover nature's hidden light show as we explore the rare phenomenon of biofluoresence- when certain plants, fungi and insects glow in vivid colours different from the light they absorb.

With UV torches provided, we'll venture into the darkness to witness glowing hues illuminating the path and landscape.

Who can join? suitable for ages 8+ with all childen accompanied by an adult

What to wear? Warm clothing and sturdy footwear (walking boots and trousers)

Safety: Please bring a normal torch. Protective glasses provided which must be worn when using the torches

Distance: approx 2 miles at a very gentle pace

No dogs please
