Think Employee Ownership Breakfast Seminar

About this Event

Do you know about Employee Ownership as a potential succession planning option? Are any of your clients close to retirement or want to move on from their businesses?

Employee Ownership is the fastest growing form of business ownership in the UK and it’s easy to see why. Employee owned businesses are more profitable, have increased productivity, are better at attracting and retaining quality staff and have improved economic resilience.

This free event, run by Social Business Wales, aims to educate those working in professional services about this type of business ownership model. Our speakers come from an accounting and legal background and have expertise in advising clients on employee ownership for their businesses. We will also hear from a company who has gone through the employee ownership process and is now reaping the benefits of working in this way.
