Hospices continue to face financial pressures alongside increased demand for services and therefore it is essential that cost effectiveness and value is measured in a tangible way. However, measuring societal impact or preventative indicators can be problematic.

This Think Tank is not designed to provide a new set of measurement indicators, but to debate, discuss and share different approaches and challenges.
