Experienced professionals (typically 10+ years in corporate or leadership roles) who want to explore consulting, advisory, or fractional work — either full-time or alongside their current role.

Do I need a business idea or company name before attending?

Accepted Answer

No — you’ll develop clarity around your niche, audience, and offer during the workshop. Many attendees come with nothing more than an idea or curiosity about going independent.

Question 3

Is this workshop relevant if I already do some freelance work?

Accepted Answer

Yes — if you’re already working independently, you’ll learn how to strengthen your positioning, package your services more strategically, and plan your next stage of growth.

Question 4

How interactive is the session?

Accepted Answer

Very (but you don't need to be an extrovert). The workshop alternates between short talks, real examples, and live exercises. You’ll complete a printed workbook, share ideas with peers, and leave with a clear roadmap to your independence.

Is there any follow-up support after the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes — you’ll have an optional 30-minute online 1:1 strategy check-in with Adrian to see how you are getting on.

Question 6

What should I bring and what's the dress code?

Accepted Answer

Just yourself, a laptop or notebook, and an open mindset. Everything else — materials, refreshments, and pens,  will be provided. Dress comfortable (smart casual), it’s a working session, not a corporate conference.

Which Meeting Room is the Worshop?

Accepted Answer

Meeting Room 6 (overlooking the Tower of London and Tower Bridge). Let any of the hotel team know you are there for a meeting, take the lift to Floor 7, exit right, take the spiral stairs to upper level. Meeting Room 6 is at the far end. There will be a BOOST roll up banner on display outside.
