Overview
An online workshop for parents/carers of young people aged 16+ years with a diagnosis or suspected diagnosis of ADHD and/or Autism.
Who is this course for?
HERTFORDSHIRE RESIDENTS ONLY
Learning outcomes:
- To understand why the transition to university may be more challenging for neurodiverse young people
- To explore ways to prepare for a successful university experience
- To provide parents with strategies to encourage good health, participation and independence in their young people
- To know where to get more help.
Where will the workshop take place?
This interactive workshop will be delivered online via Zoom with up to 100 participants.
The session can be accessed free via a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You will receive reminder emails 2 days, 2 hours and 10 mins before the event which will include the Zoom link.
